Delete your account

You can delete your SellGoom account at any time, in the app or on the website.

How to delete your account

1. Log in to SellGoom (app or sellgoom.com).
2. Open Profile & settings (business owners: Account & password).
3. Tap Delete my account, type your password and confirm.

What is deleted

Your name, email, mobile number, address, password and login sessions are removed right away, and you can no longer log in. Business owners: your shop and products are taken offline.

What we keep, and for how long

Order and payment records (order number, amounts, dates) are kept without your name or contact details for up to 10 years, because Philippine tax and accounting rules require it. Messages that broke our rules may be kept for up to 1 year for safety reviews.

Before you delete

Orders that are still in progress must be finished first (received, refunded or cancelled), and business owners must receive any pending payout. The delete page tells you if something is still open.

Can't log in? Email support@sellgoom.com from your account email and we will delete it within 7 days.
